Return Policy

At Timeless Treasure, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our curated collections, returns and exchanges are subject to the following extensive guidelines, procedures, and conditions. Please read carefully before initiating any return request.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A return or exchange request must satisfy all of the following criteria:

  1. The request must be initiated within 3 days from the delivery date as recorded by the courier tracking system.
  2. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, seals, and labels. Any missing component will result in rejection.
  3. The product should not fall under the Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items category (see Section 2).
  4. A clear, high-resolution, time-stamped video of the entire unboxing process (from cutting the tape to displaying the full contents) must be submitted as proof in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  5. The return request must include the original order invoice, a government-issued ID, and a handwritten statement signed by the customer confirming that they are returning the item in accordance with our terms.
  6. If the product is found to have been used, tampered with, altered, washed, or damaged post-delivery, the return request will be immediately voided, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, under any circumstances:

  • Personal care items (massagers, hair dryers, skincare tools, etc.), due to hygiene concerns.
  • Limited edition collectibles, BTS merchandise, and anime figures (unless proven to be defective upon arrival).
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance, or flash sales.
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and e-vouchers.
  • Products that have been altered, engraved, or resized after purchase.

3. Return & Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a Return Request:
    • Submit a request via email to [Insert Email Address] with ‘Return Request: Order #XXXXX’ in the subject line.
    • Attach all required supporting documents (see Section 1).
    • State the reason for return in detail and specify whether you seek a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  2. Approval & Shipping Instructions:
    • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and instructions on where to ship the item.
    • The item must be shipped via a trackable and insured courier service within 3 days of receiving RAC.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection & Processing:
    • Once received, our team will inspect the product within 7-10 business days.
    • If the item meets our return conditions, a refund/exchange/store credit will be processed.
    • If rejected, the customer must pay the shipping fee to have the item sent back.

4. Refund Policy & Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method only. If the payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be issued.
  • If payment was made using a promotional discount or gift card, only the paid amount will be refunded.

5. Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Customers opting for store credit will receive a unique Store Credit Code valid for 90 days.
  • Exchanges are processed only once per order; any subsequent requests for the same item will be denied.
  • Exchanged items cannot be returned again under any circumstances.

6. Special Conditions & Exceptions

  • Partial Returns: If returning part of a bundled or discounted purchase, the refund will be recalculated based on the non-discounted price of the remaining items.
  • Refused Deliveries: If an order is returned due to refusal to accept delivery, the original shipping fee and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
  • Abuse of Return Policy: Customers found abusing the return process (frequent returns, fraudulent claims, etc.) may be blacklisted from future purchases.

7. Disputes & Final Authority

  • Timeless Treasure reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Timeless Treasure management will be final.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
